Set up a tag

The quickest way is to scan the QR code on the tag with your phone camera. If you can't, enter the tag's code instead. It's printed under the QR code, and on the card that came with it.

Replacing a damaged or lost tag? Log in, open your pet's page, and use "Replace this tag" so everything moves across.
